people an idea of how powerful their character is, including other people. We originally
came up with this idea because of the large number of costumes and weapon skins we created.
We thought it would be difficult to determine how strong people were if everyone was wearing
a suit and didn't know what equipment they were wearing. So by simply selecting a target,
you'll get a quick idea of how strong that character is based on their Gear Score.
